Since 1986, we have been helping Austin area businesses and organizations with their database and direct mail needs. In July, 1999 we combined with Fulfillment Solutions, Inc. to add full-service fulfillment and assembly.

SmartMail operates from two facilities in Austin providing 36,000 sq. ft. of production, warehouse and office space. We utilize state-of-the-art software and equipment as well as transportation capacity to support every direct mail or fulfillment project, large or small.

The SmartMail staff includes specialists in data processing, postal requirements, and fulfillment operations. We have attracted to our organization skilled equipment operators, detailed quality inspectors, conscientious delivery personnel and a highly attentive account services team to handle your inquiries and manage your projects.

SmartMail managers and team leaders are chosen for their customer focus and commitment to quality. To assist them, we maintain a tradition of hiring qualified student interns who support our quality programs and facilitate process improvements.

For many projects, the first step is producing a clean datafile. We offer a host of database services to ensure the accuracy and integrity of your list. If it is a new audience you are targeting, we broker mailing lists and we can find one that fits the bill.

SmartMail’s mailing services are geared to get your message delivered on time, to your specifications and at the lowest postage cost to you. We process mail on high-speed automated systems, but also operate efficient manual assembly operations when required.

If it is urgent, a fax broadcast can be the most effective way to reach your customers or members. Whether a few hundred or tens of thousands, it can be just a matter of hours to transmit your documents.

We are now full swing into fulfillment and assembly services. We will respond to your customers’ inquiries daily, weekly or monthly. And we are your best resource to build, package and ship your premium promotion or kit.

And while SmartMail is not in the printing business, we have great relationships with top printers all over the area. We’re happy to pass along names and contacts and we will always offer tips to you or your printer to make your project friendly for processing, mailing and shipping.
